Recommendations for self guided or semi-guided deer hunt MT or ID

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend an outfitter that offers semi-guided or better yet self-guided hunts on private land in MT or ID? I am in WA and I like the idea of having a place to camp or a cabin to stay in but being able to hunt on some private access semi or self-guided. I guess I could burn hundreds of dollars in fuel and burn vacation time to scout but I'd rather save the time but don't really want to have a fully guided hunt.

I would hunt Eastern Montana breaks country, find a big chunk of State land (not hard), call a game warden for some guidance and just skip the guide altogether.
