Farthest target at cameo shooting complex is 2000 yards, I was verified by an RO last Sunday so that gave me my trifecta, 1000 yards (bronze), 1 mile (silver), 2000 yards (gold). At 2000 yards my hold was 72.75 moa high and a 5 moa right of center for wind. I was shooting my Remington 700 LR in 7 prc, Retumbo, Berger 180 hybrid target, fed 215, Peterson brass and an Athlon chronus 4.5-29x56 scope. To be honest, it was not a cold bore shot (shot #8), also I'm shooting at a 4'x4' plate, still an accomplishment for me. My next goal is to hit the 18x24 plate at 1995 yards and the 12x12 at 1935 yards.

Thanks and I appreciate the accolades. But I can't take full credit, each of you has contributed in either validating something I was doing right, making me question things I thought I was doing right but doing wrong or introducing a new technique that made improvement , that's what got me there.

WOW !!! Congratulations, I break out in a cold sweat just thinking about trying a 2000 yard shot. I could never do that. Well, I mean HIT the target. Of course I could shoot AT it.
