What barrel did you end up going with for your 264 WM? I got my 264 back with the Badger Thruster muzzle brake, but haven't had it out. Not that it "needed" a brake, just wanted it. Lately I've Been too busy with the 338 LM, the 308 Win, etc. Plus, it's heating up in my neck of the woods, almost time to start reloading for summer, switch to pistols and indoor ranges, LOL!
I think you have the data I got with my 264 and 143ELDX/RL26.

Need load for 143eldx & rl26 or something powder? H4350 not good in 264 WM I guess. Been loading retumbo 68gn 129 sp. 1/4" @100. Seem like 143 eldx hellova bullet for mule deer n elk. I just need to find what my mod 70 needs to push it. 3100-3150 fps is all I'd like. Got on hand some varget, h4831, H4350, superformance, retumbo, imr4350. Rl 17, rl22 & rl26. Thanks. I would try retumbo or r26. The other powders might work but I think you'll be best off with retumbo

I went with the same thing as I had already.
Bartlein 3b 8 twist 5r.
I liked the first one I got and it shot very well. Going with the same seemed easiest as I saint have to mess with bedding or anything else.

I have a .264 WM I just had built, a 26" Krieger 4 groove #5+ contour, it's on a Ruger M77. I have H4831, Reloder 26, H1000, IMR 7828 and ramshot magnum that may work. I'm gonna try Reloder 26 and possibly H1000 first, I'll post what I find. Just gotta get a little time to inlet the barrel channel and pillar bed the action, and should be good to try it out.

I will likely try those 2 powders as well, along with R33, a little latter this summer. I may get drawn for WY Mule Deer
