Pulled for Moose in Maine

I was pulled for bull moose in zone two in Maine in Oct .Going to use my 300 RUM I have been guiding in zone two for years so Im hoping all goes well

I have been putting in for years to draw that tag…think I have over 20 preference points. I mean it's not that bad, there are a lot of over the counter tags up here! Good luck!

It took me 20yrs to pull a non-res moose tag in Maine but it was all worth it. Shot a nice bull with my 45-70 just outside the timber.

Congrats Pa. Those are fantastic hunts. I hunted in Unit 7 with my father on his tag. Was a great time. I have 17 bonus points now as a non-resident. Can't wait to draw a tag myself.

How did you make out? Many hunters were having a tough time getting bulls to respond to calls.
