I have 250 resized primed brass I got in a trade. They have the lube on them.
How can I clean the lube off primed brass? They are too sticky and greasey to load and run in an AR

solvent like alcohol -- don't use anything that would eat the brass like bore cleaner

Depending on the lube used, you may be able to give them a firm wipe with a cotton rag (t-shirt) and get 90%+ off. Worth a try before going to solvent, but if its necessary +1 above, stick to alcohol. And don't soak them :)
