Post Your Reloading Bench Pictures

jtkratzer: Looks like you'll have a solid set-up. I would add supports under the bottom shelf so it doesn't sag when you store all your supplies or "ballast." Patio stone pavers, bags of sand or gravel can work in a pinch to add weight. I stored several hundred lbs. of lead for bullet casting under mine. Enjoy your new bench!Leadlober

I have a piece cut to match the one under the bench top that's going under the bottom shelf. I just need to grab some 4" screws to hold those two pieces in place.

Just finishing up the new room.

Very nice set up. I am in the process of building out my room with a similar set up and have a couple of questions about your island.

1. Do you like it that wide or would it be better more narrow so that you could get to both sides of the rifle by walking around?

2. Would it be nice to have it open underneath so that you could sit on a stool while working at the island? I know the storage is great but I wonder about having to stand all the time.

Thanks for your ideas!

If you like island benches giving access to all sides you might like this design. The top is 2' by 4'.

Not real fancy but get the job done.

This winter I had to do something to get my wife to let the reloading bench come inside from the shed. So my father-in-law and I came up with this:

Here is my bench. And a little portable bench top I made when on the range..I also use 100 ml test tubes to carry powder loads for reloading. They are pre weighted and I just cover them with caps.
