It just started for me a couple days ago and I get one on just about every page I click on.

I checked my Samsung internet settings and found it I hadn't enabled my blockers. Problem solved!

No adds on any web page for me. I use Brave and duck duck go. It blocks all that and keeps unwanted cookies and fingerprinting off my phone.
