Polymer vs Steel 4 suppressed

I recently ordered a Liberty Mystic X 9. Problem is I don't even own a 9mm pistol. So I am shopping around for a new pistol. Leaning towards the CZ line. The question I have is if anyone has/had experience of using both polymer and steel pistols shooting suppressed? Which one sounds quiter? Looking at the p-07 and a sp-01. Recently seen a YouTube video comparison between the two, and it seems the sp-01 is quiter, just wondering if anyone has realtime experience.

Found the link to the video. Apparently its not the steel or polymer, but the steel sp-01 has a longer lock time, and is also cleaner after shooting.
