Firearms have been prohibited for a long long time...that is why you could get around with Friends&Family. Newest change emailed out yesterday, NO f&f to business account or from Business accoiunt to f&f

Seems like "...certain firearms related..." is troublesome. That covers a lot and seems ambiguous. I guess it all depends if you're buying from a private seller is one thing. Buying from a retailer is different, different fee structure.
Paypal has always been anti firearms. I never ever had an account. Refused to. On ebay, I buy with AMEX!

I use PayPal regularly for firearms related items... One VERY important detail is to not put anything in the "notes". Anything firearms related in the notes can get you flagged and account suspended or money seized, etc.
I usually stipulate that to the buyer if I'm selling, before any transaction takes place.

Then again if you don't use a service because of policies. How are you going to ship Ammo, Rifle, Pistols or are you one that doesn't ship for business and only puts your words in a forum but not having money on the line and coming out of your pocket and then have to worry how to get your product to or from your customer.?
How many transactions have you made through PP??? or another service for trading/selling/buying on LRH alone and then on other Forums???
There is a service, might be new to some, its called USPS...still ships ammo...Still sells USPS Money Orders....
There is a CC called AMEX...business owners cry for the fees, but to me it is the cost of doing business
If you choose to support a company that fights your business and you have to use tricks to use them...your choice...just don't ask me to do business with you using that service....

Usps is a joke. I have three packages right now that they are investigating. I told someone a few days ago that I thought they were in a neck and neck fight with the VA for the title of most inept organization in America.
I am sorry for your experience. I have not lost anything with them in my 42 years doing business. I thing right now you ahve two choices of shipping firearms. Maybe three.
But you will still not convince me to open or use paypal. First I would have to lie on the comments, and then if something happens, I am up the creek without the paddle. Like I said, thats me, does not have to be you

Our biggest problem here is Memphis. Packages dissappear in Memphis. They will take a couple of days to get to Memphis, and then once they are there, maybe they will leave there, and maybe not. I've had 2 firearms dissappear in Memphis. One showed up after 35 days, the other never did. I paid a fella on this site for a foxpro call and some gear, almost 3 weeks ago, and usps has no idea where it is ($560). I ordered $1,250 in books to take my general contractor licensing exam 3 weeks ago, and usps hasn't been able to find them for the last 2 weeks. I have already missed my first exam date because they are an inept organization. The government had no business in the shipping industry. They fail at everything they try. Fed ex and ups run on a profit every year, and usps costs the taxpayers a few billion a year in subsidies, and they still lose money. It's a joke.
I don't know the last time you shipped loaded ammo with USPS. Please send me the date and copy of the receipt
Another member said you can ship Firearms -My local does not. Maybe because they are all liberal and don' know the law and make their own up. LOADER AMMO HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I might even be arrested in our local USPS and the same shipping firearms.
I always used UPS for the past 20 years with no problems and shiping through a UPS store in the strip mall.
Maybe things are changing and we will all be screwed. If the government cant take our firearms away well then no ammo or firearms can be shipped. There will have to be an UNDERGROUND SERVICE. Like the Cartels don't already have it set up.

Seems like every company is against the gun owners nowadays. Not sure if they are going that way on their own or being pushed by government. We really need a couple companies to step up and be pro second amendment but I doubt this will happen.
