Opinions on GRIFFIN ARMAMENT GP5 suppressor.

Hello all,

I am looking for opinions on the Griffin Armament GP5. It will serve most of its time on an AR for general use, plinking, and some hunting adventures. I am not a competitive shooter so nothing to worry about there. Do any of you have any hands on experience with them.

I have a GP7, and so far I have only put a hundred or so rounds through it. It seems just as quiet as my titanium gunwerks, and my other 30 cal suppressors.


The GP's come with a pin so you can pin and weld. Not a lot of mounting options as the gp5 is 1/2x28 only i believe.

I have a GP7 and it does pretty well. I use it on a 300wm, 300 blackout and a 6.5 creedmore. It is more quiet than another similar .30 caliber can I have. I think Griffin is pretty good.
