Nikon prostaff spot-on turret tracking

Has anyone tried the spot on custom turrets that Nikon offers for their scopes? Wondering if the prostaff series tracks well enough for long range shooting?

There is an easy way to test your scopes tracking Google the term box test and try it out.
I would stay away from yardage style turrets and learn to run them in moa uou will have better results and save some coin.
