Nightforce Zero Stop

Once a Nightforce Zero stop has been set for one rifle/load is it possible to reset the zero again. How hard is it to do ? I tried reversing the steps I used to set the stop to begin with but cannot get the clutch to dis-engage now. Advice/help appreciated.

I have my box in my garage I'll take a look to see the instructions. I've called and spoke with someone at nightforce a few times and they have always been real helpful.
