So i have a Vortex viper pst coming in the mail and am getting excited cause Ill have it for deer season!! No the big problem is the range i can zero it in is only 100yrds and i want to have it zeroed in at 200 since that seems the average shot for a deer here in the Rockies. Is there a thread that already talks about this or a youtube video that anyone knows about.

If you want it zeroed for 200 yards and you have 100 yards, dial it for 1" high at 100 yards. Viola! It's dialed correctly. That is for almost any bottleneck cartridge except the ones like a .30-30.
