New ish

Not sure how old you are. I called on the Crossroads Store when the French guy owned it. Now the West family runs it.
Armen signed my liscenses since I was 14. Almost 50 years ago. I work about a mile from there now where the old Dairy Queen used to be! Great folks, monster Grizzly mount is the newest attraction

Thank you
Welcome to the forum. The best suggestion (I don't give advice) would be to do your homework/research first, extensively, and then "buy once, cry once". Spend your money wisely, buy the best that you can afford for your particular application. The only gun worth owning is an accurate one. One cannot make good ammunition to feed that gun on so-so equipment.

Hey everyone, Just joined the Long Range Hunting community on Gather as a new member. I'm excited to be here! I've been getting into long-range shooting and hunting over the past [8years], and I'm looking to learn more about e.g., ballistics, load development, ethical shot placement at distance, gear recommendations, or field techniques. A bit about I'm based in NY Looking forward to reading your discussions, asking questions, and hopefully sharing some experiences or photos from the field soon. What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone new to long-range hunting? Thanks, and happy shooting!
Sara.
