Now you have the option to not only have a bore guide on the chamber end, but the muzzle crown end too. Crown Cradle stops jag from banging against the crown, bore guides from riding the bottom of your bore when the jag/brush exits/re enters and cleans your bore brush before re entry into the muzzle. If you like one - I'll send them out to you. Thank you.

Right now they handle bore rods for .257 bores and larger. I will focus on the small bores later. The units are adjustable to fit a range of barrel diameters with .620 -.675" and .770 - .825" available now. More barrel diameters down to .500" and up to .975" diameter barrels will be covered very soon - weeks not months.

Thank you for your interest. Also please watch the videos on the site - they are very informative how the Crown Cradle works so well.

Ingenious

I totally agree!

Might be a challenge but, any plans for a kit with muzzle brakes on?

I suppose I can always remove the MB. For now I use extra long rods that are coated (teflon or something like that) except for my jags and brush but I remove it when I pull back the rod.

Cheers!

Ed

Sure just get the size that fits on your muzzle break. Crown Cradle will fit right on it.

What an amazing product! Such a simple and useful idea - well done.

I think fitting one to rifle with a muzzle-brake won't achieve the intended results.

Once the jag clears the end of the barrel (just entering the muzzle-brake) the cleaning rod will drop down onto the rifling.

I've recently seen a solution for this (an extra long jag made from some plastic or similar material), but even then the patch-location on the extra-long jag is not properly placed. The patch should be located far enough behind the end-point of the jag to "clear" the end of the muzzle-brake where it could then go through the opening in your device.

Perhaps you could machine something like this for rifles with muzzle-brakes to use with your other device....

I was wondering the same thing, that's why I asked about a video presentation with muzzle brake installed.
