Nesika Actions

Has anyone had any issues with a Neiska action extractor breaking down. Apparently I am told that there is a nosecone under the extractor that tends to breakdown that causes the extractor to move to the outside of the bolt and won't extract a spent bullet. I can't get Nesika people to return my phone call

I have tried to call Nesika 3 different times and laving very detailed (nicely) messages about my issue with the extractor - no answer or even email from those guys. I don't think I will ever buy a Neiska action again. I am really disappointed in these guys.
