need witth 280ackley

trying ackley,but result of reloads only match 280 remington in my weathey. tried 60 grains imr 4831 with accubond,chronogragy at 3180.the weatherby pumps out winchester supreme at 3150. thinking of pulling barrel on ackley and going to plain 280.
