Need help with 7mm reloads not working in my gun

I'm fairly new to reloading and have about 60 fresh reloads from once fired brass. The problem seems to be the base of the shells not allowing the bolt to close. They were resized (hopes that's hype right terminology), full length, but still won't close. I am noticing grooves in the base where it seems it's trying to lock around the base of the shell. I'm close to tossing them and starting over, but spooked this problem will resurface, any advise?

There are several possibilities here, the first one that comes to mind is head spacing and how much your FL sizing die bumps the shoulder back.
With "Upacreek" in Caldwell, I wonder if he might not be close enough so that perhaps the two of you can get together for some hands on help.
