I would go with the Savage 12 VLP DBM - varmit contour 26" fluted barrel, detachable box mag, pillar bedded laminate stock, weighs enough to control recoil.
In the interest of full disclosure, I am partial to Savages. I have 3 actions and several extra barrels that I mix and match depending on need.

They'll all shoot, but if you want them to shoot well, I'd go savage or tikka. I know you didn't put up tikka, but they are a very good pipe for the money. Rem's and wins work but sometimes take work to shoot well. I don't like vanguards, but I hear they are at least better than a fencepost lately.

I have a circa 2002 Win M70 Coyote in 300WSM, and it shoots right around MOA. Overall, I like the rifle but am not blown away by it.
