N 568 28 Nosler

I'd start at 79 gr. of N570. There's very little data on 568 from what I've found. But it appears to be slightly faster. So I'd drop a few grains from that. Load up from like 74-82gr in 1gr increments. You'll find out where pressure is in just a few shots.

I think I'd back the starting point down to about 69gr. I was helping a buddy with some load development H1000 and 195 Bergers in a 28 Nosler. I believe the powder charge we ended up with was 75.3gr. I know it's a different powder but should be relatively close.

Sounds like potentially dangerous advice to me. My 28 is maxed at 80grs of 570 under a 180VLD.

Will do. Probably going to be two weeks but I will get on it. Lsherm gave me some information that will help.

Anyone have any good loads for N568 and the 28 nosler/195 combo. Unable to locate N570 but managed to come across N568
Looking to get the mid node in and around 3050 fps. Ive heard mixed reviews about it being slightly faster or slower than N570 and with the powders being extremely hard to find nowadays Im not looking to burn through a bunch. Touching is 3.75 coal and ive been running .02 off at 3.73 coal with N570 at 82 gr.

I cant p.m you not enough posts.
Depending on brass you will be 2-2.5 more grains with 568 than 570.
Start at your 570 load and work up.
You should end up around 3050fps, and about .030 off the lands.
