My son was able to pick up a great tag this year in Colorado and was able to shoot his first buck. He used my 6.5 PRC and took a great shot dropping the buck in his tracks! Super proud dad moment!

Well for crying out loud! I'm in the double digits for bucks and none of mine look like that!

Congrats! Gonna be hard to top that, setting the bar high right out of the gate. Good stuff, good shooting, good eating!

As a father of 6 I can say I would rather watch one of my kids shoot a deer than for me too. Congrats on a very gorgeous deer! And all the memories. Cherish them the years fly by.

My son killed his first muley at age 14 and we haven't missed a year of hunting deer together since.
By the way, he's now 36 with two boys of his own.
