Yesterday morning at the start of church service the lights went dark and a video popped up while Taps played. I bawled like a baby.
After serving 35 years and now retired, the memories and effects are more powerful than they ever have been... every single day. Every day is Memorial Day in my mind and heart. May they be in peace and may God bless them and their families.
