mcGowen barrels

    I"m looking for some of you guy"s to let me know your experiences with this barrel, I have the chance to get one at lower than book price

    I as welll as many of my buddies have had very good results with McGowen barrels.
    Shot from a bipod at 100yds with my 7-300 win mag AI

    I curious Rock Z did McGowen chamber the 7mm-300win for you or did you have a smith chamber it.

    I've used several barrels from them and they did the chambers for savage prefits and they all shot great.I up loaded a couple groups if they go through.First is my 338 edge at 1246 yards the other is the same rifle at 100 yards.

    I bought a savage profit from them and it shoots great. I heard a lot of negative about them but they had what I was looking for and I needed a barrel quick. I'm honestly glad I did!
