Mark v stock options

Hi all, first post but have followed site for a while. I sent a Weatherby mark v action I had off to Pac-nor for a 24" 300wn in their #6 contour. My heart was set on a Mcmillan game scout stock, but after calling them was told it can not be inletted for that action. I am looking to put together an accurate carry rifle with quality components. Any recommendations for a stock ? Rifle will be used in north west Colorado for elk in steep tough country where range would not exceed 800 yds. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Well if your heart is set on McMillan call them back and ask Kathy which of their stocks can be inlet for their actions.

Call Precision Stock Works in Texas as well and ask them if theirs will work.

You can also go to Stocky's Stock's and use their search feature and they'll give you a list of stocks which will work.

Check Stocky's they sell a B&C Medalist Accumark stock that can probably be inletted for a barrel that large.
