Well it is very easy; As the barrel of the bigger caliber of the "Drilling", in this case the 7x65R can't be adjusted separately, you zero this barrel with the scope at whatever distance you like and then zero the smaller caliber barrel with the help of the small 4 screws at the front of the barrel, to the point of impact of the larger caliber.
I zeroed my 7x65R at 100 m and my .22 Hornet as described above. Both bullets are within the same hole. It barely makes a difference at 150m, then in any case you have reached the limits of an ethical kill distance of the .22 Hornet (in Germany this would be max. Fox or Badgers, which can be quite heavy).
