Looking for MOA one piece base/ring for Remington

At some point I found a custom manufacturer making the Talley style one piece base ring with 10,20 & 30 MOA built in.

Does anyone know who it is? I see Defensive Edge makes one, but that isn't who I had found.

I need them for a Remington 700.
