I am looking for 2 175gr matrix VLD's to give my gunsmith (1 dummy round) for my new build. If you could part with two I would so appreciate it. Marshal is waiting for his new dies and is out.

Thank you for responding. I had to get my dummy round in to the gun smith and so I used my 165's. Thanks a lot for offering though. I should have thought that one out just a little earlier and had some on hand when I ordered the barrel.

What are you shooting it in?

The 170 Bergers can be seated out much further than the 165 Matrix.

So I am just guessing that the 175 Matrix has to be seated deeper than the 165s....

It's a new build that my smith is doing. It's a Brux #4 in 8-1 twist on a Weatherby Vanguard Series 2 action which he has trued.

What cartridge are you using to propel the Matrix bullets...?

Im using the 270 wsm with RL17 and Retumbo as my 2 go to powders at the moment.
