LOADING 25-6.5 PRC

Has anyone cartridge loading experience with a 25 cal in a necked down 6.5 PRC cartridge? A smith I know has a reamer and he completed an action for a party but is not aware of the load the individual is using. I'm considering having in turn up a bbl.

Ok, I let the clutch out with this new build. It will be chambered in 25 PRC and built by @Alex Wheeler Here is the component list so far. Terminus Kratos Long Action mag bolt face with some Kratos light parts to loose a few ounces. CarbonSix Carbon Wrapped barrel. 24" long, 6 groove, 7 twist...

Essentially the same as a 25-06, capacity wise. Anything in the range of H4831-H1000-Retumbo should work fine, depending on bullet weight.

My on problem with the quarter bore has been finding barrel blanks with an 8 twist, usually 10s are the pre-made option. I ordered a bunch of fast twists but I'm still waiting on them several months later. Have a 257 Bob AI reamer ready to go for a 20" barrel for Hammers.
