6.5 prc load

hello all
i m just get me an barrell in 6.5 prc and think about to use barnes lrx bullets 127 gr . somebody have an idea for an load ? i hope i can get me an 24 inch barrell .
or do you think 26 would be better -

thank you for your fast reply . i only have the problem i hardly ever get american powders here in europe .would you suggest 24 or 26 inch barrell ?

It really doesn't matter. The difference in velocity will probably be about 50-60 ft/sec. Different length barrels are more about how handy the rifle will be. I shoot a 23.5" barrel and am very pleased with the balance and weight. If you hunt out of a blind or elevated box, something less than 26" would be a good idea. Hunting in dense brush also dictates a shorter barrel. If max velocity is important than the longer barrels will provide a bit more speed without an increase in velocity.
 
well barrell is thinked for an Blaser R8 sucsess wich already is very short so an 24 would not really matters . even with an silencer its still handy
and i think it will be good balanced that way s
