I want to build a light weight rifle on a M70 wsm action. I'd really like it to be a 7mm saum with a light contour carbon wrapped barrel finished at 24" with a break. The question I have is there anyone out there that will lighten up a M70 action like they do with some rem700s? Is it possible/safe??? If anyone has any such builds what are your specs an if ya got pictures even better!
