how do you get them people to answer there phone. been calling for day's
Choose a different company with decent customer service.
I dealt with them earlier this winter and had no problems.
I've called them 3 times in the last 3 months and got an answer each time.
I've called and always got through and they always answer my emails promptly as well. In fact their CS has been really outstanding so far.
Instead of getting answered, what are you getting?
Not sure what the latest is, but had a great experience with them last year as well, so much that I had planned on a few more orders with them.
they did answer there phone, ordered a speed dial for a ziess, bought a new rem 300 win mag. i threw the new barrel away. bought a barrel from benchmark .
When you say you threw the new barrel away are you talking about the remy barrel on your new 300 wm?
yes it wouldn't hold a good group for long range, at 100 yard's it had a 1 inch group
guess he taught that barrel a lesson
Damn, threw a new barrel away. Well I guess since it was a remy it's not that surprising but, I'm assuming you narrowed it down to the barrel and not some other issue/s as sometimes can be the case. Thanks for responding and let us know how it shoots with the new barrel.
