True story. Last I knew the troubled youths actually make the targets you purchase from Jake. It's kind of a win/win as I see it. Mr. Vibbert has always been a stand up guy to deal with. I've purchased everything from steel to a high end rifle from him and every transaction has gone as smooth as butter.
