I've heard that trapline is a good rye whiskey. Love to try some but there are no international sales around here. Unless it's wine or say some popular Mexico beers. There used to be a rye whiskey made by Hudson's Bay Company that was bottled in a similar bottle but it was white porcelain. It was the smoothest rye ever.
Can you compare it to say Canadian Club (which I think is awful)?

Sorry, I do not remember how CC tastes like, but this Montana made whiskey is an excellent after-dinner sipping whiskey. The aromatic spices are very, very pleasant. The wife likes it. Cheers!
I followed it up with another Montana whiskey, it taste OK, not sure if I consider it a sipping whiskey at this time.
