I know it's not beer but I'm trying to be good on the gluten for a while. And it's pretty good

I hear ya. I'm diagnosed celiac and even if I don't get sick I'm really not supposed to consume any gluten at all. On st patty's day I just had to have a pint (or 4) of Guinness tho!I know it's not beer but I'm trying to be good on the gluten for a while. And it's pretty good
Since my diagnosis I have been discovering some pretty tasty hard ciders, never seen that one yet (have had just the normal angry orchards at 5%abv).
I like the really dry ones, most of them I find too sweet (I'd rather just have Coca Cola, my number one unhealthy habit if I'm telling the truth, if I'm having a sweet drink, alcohol or not)

Yeah I'm borderline celiac Dr said if I don't start watching it I will be soon. If you drink two of these it's like drinking 3 regular angry orchards

You keep this up and I'll have to drive up there 
I'm repurposing some leftovers: shredded oxtail on fried sun-dried polenta with mushroom gravy, air-fried asparagus with olive oil, and Montreal steak spice.
