They were great! But I do make my own salsa verde...still working on it
1 avocado
1 small tomatillo
1 habanero (seededed or not up to you)
1 jalapeno (seededed or not up to you)
1/4 yellow or white onion
1/4 bunch cilandro
juice of smal lime
1 tsp cumin
salt, pepper
1 oz olive oil
2 oz sour cream
blend it oil together into a nice thin salsa (add water as necessary)
then mix with mayonase....I am still experimenting here,,,
