am I missing something or are you trying to get a 22lr accurate from 200 to 400yrds good luck but I don't see any consistency at that range with the 22lr the rounds start out of the muzzle at or near mach 1 and fall off quickly

I'm very nicely Shooting expertly and I can only shooting targets the size of 3 inches at a distance of 250 to 300 yards

I love a .22 rifle for several reasons, the most important of bullets available and inexpensive and accurate corrigendum

I can with my rifle hunted birds, deer, rabbits, this is hunting available

my rifle CZ 513

Please look at the attached pictures

I want to clarify the phrases I mentioned the stock

Harth, if you are consistently hitting targets 3 inches in diameter at 300 yds with a 22lr, you probably need to be sharing your secrets rather than asking for advice.

I see you included deer as one of the species you intend to hunt. Although many deer have been taken with a 22lr it is probably illegal in your location and certainly not advisable. In my neck of the woods, hillbillies including myself, killed deer with 22lrs because they and their families needed meat for the table. This was usually done at very close range and only when precise shot placement was possible. Most folks had an old flea-bit hound to help clean up the mess if things didn't go well.

If you are hungry and don't have anything else to use, I reakon one has do do what he has to do. If you are starving and you must, keep it under 25 yds, broadside standing shots only, put it low 3 to 4 inches above and slightly to the right of the elbow, give it an hour or so before attempting to recover it.

Really, shooting the 22lr at the distances you prescribe is for recreational purposes only. Frankly, reading your posts makes my hair stand on end.

Hello my Dear
I asked for counseling about Shooting program Not about the gun and shooting As you know, the art of shooting depends on practice and gain experience Who lives in the wild and carrying a gun on a daily basis .Does not look like he practiced hobby of shooting events in leisure time .I've learned in my life, how I can adjust the target injury in different climate conditions .Who knows shooting at the heart of hunting and shooting fluent in the killing of hunting does not hesitate in the quality of the gun .A lot of people believed to be a .22 rifle is not suitable for hunting .Ohz belief is incorrect .I agree with you about who has the potential to buy a more powerful gun and ammunition good but like me is forced to the lack of possibilities and if at all serve me my gun, a lethal .when I shot hunting dies quickly .Generally honored with your participation in this topic .If you know how to use the program shooting I hope that you explain to me the proper way to use the program As you know, hunting differs from Shooting targets
That's why I wanted to learn about the program

Harth. Your translation software is not portraying your text very clearly. Its hard to comprehend what your asking but I don't know of your ballistic program but I think its not working after 200yrds is because your choice of caliber will fall apart beyond 200yrds and the program won't work no matter what you enter into it

this is my Applied Ballistics program and shooter and I think it is very Good quality , but I think there is some input Must be accurate information . Please see the picture I have indicated to some input Information about the ammunition LikeMuzzle Velocity and Bullet Weight (grains) and the Ballistic Coefficient and powder temp - MV variation . My question is what are the necessary inputs, which must be accurate . How can I get the grains ?

The language barrier can be tough. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with that ballistics program.

If you are on flat or mostly flat ground the Look angle is 0. If you hold your arm stretched directly out from your side the angle is 0. If you point it straight up the angle is 90deg. Half of that is 9 O'clock which is 45deg. Half of that is 22.5 and so on. You can use those rules and approximate the angle within 10 degrees up or down pretty fast.

Your ballistic coefficient G1= probably around .125

Elevation is when you look at a map you can see how high above sea level you are. Put that in feet or meters depending on which your program is set.

If you are setting your zero for 200yds put that for your zero.

Sight Height is from the middle of your scope tube to center of the bore of your barrel. You can measure from the split in your rings down to where the stock meets the metal of the receiver and add about a 1/2" and be very close.

Did I miss any?

Oh, and welcome.
