There are many things that you can do to increase your accuracy and your velocity.

1) You can work up the powder charge. You are at 56.5 grains of N160 according to the Vith web site you can go as high as 58.0 grains using a Remington SP bullet. This bullet is close to the same bullet that you are using.Work up slowly adding .5 grains at a time. This should add velocity. They show 3083 ft/sec with the max load.

2) This may give you more accuracy also. If it does not, change the seating depth of your bullet. You can seat the bullet out closer to the lands or you can seat the bullet deeper into the case. Do this in small increments. .010 at a time. You should be able to get this load to shoot. Try this and if it does not shoot as well as you want, you may have to change powders, or bullets or both.

I have a new Vanguard in 270 Winchester. I had to go to a 140 grain bullet before I got it to shoot like this.

shoud i use magnum primers?

No you do not have to use mag primers in a 270 Winchester with most powders. I use WLR or Fed 210 with most of my 270 Winchester loads.

I'd definitely try some 4350 in your rifle. I have had pretty good accuracy with it. If the rifle will shoot it should shoot with 52+g of 4350 and a 130 sierra. 56g of N160 is right at max and might it shoot better with a couple less grains of powder.

If it still won't shoot check it might be a good thing to free float the barrel and make sure the stock is tight but not putting pressure on the barrel. Also remount the scope and check to see if the bases are tight. Sometimes a scope will cause problems also. Make sure the barrel is cleaned free of copper.
