Shooting 130gr sirocco II's and accubonds I've taken deer and coyotes out to just past 900 with mine.
Great little caliber to play with or to shoot deer sized game way out there.

I love the little ole 260 accurate cheap to shoot and with the 140 bergers bad medicine even on elk...this little gal is a former student of ours and killed this little bull at 525 and a cow at 670 with her "husbands" 260 we put together for him to take to NZ however I think she has adopted it

Out to about 750 with the right rig and a shooter who can put the bullet where it belongs I don't think there's anything other than big bears the little 260 can't handle in N. America.
