Howa rifle scope

Hi, I am looking for some help from anyone who has any info on a Kowa 4x rifle scope. I can't seem to find a whole lot of info on them.

I recently acquired one, that is brand new in the box, never mounted, perfect glass, post reticle.

I am just curious of when they were made, how rare they are and what the value would be??

I am not sure about the Howa scope, but I have a Mossberg 3000, 12 gauge pump action, that was made by Howa. Does anyone else have a Mossberg 3000?
