Hornady ELD-X with Amax Tips?

I just opened a box of Hornady ELD-X and they have what appears to be an AMAX tip on them. Maybe these are Amax bullets in the wrong box?

What do you guys think?

I can't return them now that they are opened.

I believe they changed the color for copyright reasons. Some other company has the similar color, they are for sure heat shield....
