I've got to take a closer look at this when I get a chance. I suspect that there is too much expansion at the .200" line that the die isn't reducing sufficiently. I'll try lancekeyton's advice and turn the die down a tiny bit.

As an aside - I have been annealing the brass every other firing.

Bump the shoulder more. That is not much bump. Also screwing the die in more may resize more of the base. Wih the aw2 reamer you should not have issues with the 200 datum.

The idea with the AW reamer was to correct for the mis match between dies and chambers that are saami spec to address the issues at the 200 line
