I have not posted much but have been snooping around trying to learn this long range stuff. The longest I have shot until today was 600 yards. I put a target at 950 yards out according to my gps. Using my 700 varmint 308 with a stockeys stock and hand loads I was able to put 3 out of 5 on a 12" steel with a first shot hit. The Two misses were right due to the shift in the wind.
