Gunsmith for a new build?

I am looking for recommendations for a gunsmith to build either a .260 Rem or a 6.5x47 Lapua bolt action rifle. The gun will mainly be used to shoot steel at long range.

There are a few VERY good gunsmiths on this forum. Kevin Cram w/Montour County Rifles is certainly one of them as is Shawn Carlock w/Defensive Edge and Kirby Allen w/Allen Precision Rifles. I've had rifles built by all three and they were all excellent. I know Shawn is a big fan of the 260 Rem. and is what his son shoots/hunts with.
