What are your opinions on gun works rifles. I'm looking at a 300 PRC.

The new werkman has initial positive reviews and is a fair deal.

A good well-built rifle just a little pricey

I ran into one the other day. I think it's a pretty good buy slightly used only a few shots through it. Asking 5.700 it has the carry case wind meter huskimo scope . I think it's a 5 to 20 by 50.

I say the same thing after I sell one. Sell inflicted pain.

They normally run around 6 to 8 thousand. From what I see for the gun alone.

They are pricey, but most of their customers are very satisfied and the work looks great.

I'm very envious of the man who can buy a full tilt rifle and not tinker and build and sell and upgrade and change and all the other nonsense I do with custom rifles over time. Gunwerks, knights armament, accuracy international, TacOps.

These companies are pricey and some of the money is the name, but man to not tinker and just have a finished rig and be done would be great

If you're not opposed to second hand, you can save at least a couple thousand.

I always wondered what the draw to those rifles was. Seem nice but custom gunsmith can build you a rifle with equal accuracy guarantee for less.

I think it's because they do all the leg work, you just grab the rifle and ammunition that they load developed, go out and you're dialed in out to 1000 yards.

I guess if your time is limited it is helpful. Part of the fun for me with a new rifle is finding a load it likes and taking it to the range to gather data and create a dope chart.

If I had that type of disposable income, I'd give it a shot, but like most of you guys out there, that's not gonna happen
