hey guys, learning about long range shooting. I bought a Savage 110BA 338LM with a so so Millet LRS 8-32-56 scope, I worked up about 7 different loads with 300grn SMK and 300 Bergers. Waiting for a chance to hit Barstow to try 1mile range. Anyone wanna go?

There are a great bunch of folks on here - and libraries full of information.

Find your "place" here (whatever sub-forum that makes most sense for your preferences), ask lotsa questions, use the search function (if you can get to work for you) to try and find answers before posting a "New Topic" (odds are your question has been asked before).

Since you're new to hunting, visit one of the sub-forums for game you'd like to pursue. Also, familiarize yourself with your local and state laws regarding shooting practice, hunting, etc.
