What type of drop plate will work with the bat action or isn't the drop plate part of the action .

If by drop plate you mean hinged floor metal then I'm pretty sure they use the standard mortises for any push feed type action. I can't imagine it being much different than what a Nesika or Remington would use.

I'm not for certain though, be best to give them a call.

You are referring to the bottom metal correct? BAT actions are just that. No trigger, no follower, no floor plate. You get the receiver and a bolt. Everything else sold separately.

How much do you want to spend? You can get into some pricey ss bottom metal for around $400, or go cheaper and get Remington, Wyatt, H-S Precision, Pacific tool, and others.
