Fried perch

Cooked half of the ice fishing catch yesterday.

Parmesan herb crusted panko bread crumbs batter and fried with olive oil and butter. YUM!!!

Come on over! I'm going back on Monday and hopefully I get no lucky. If not, I have poles for a few of us to get more. Worst case, I know a certain house to raid stocked with perch.
