Please be careful if cooking your turkey in Peanut Oil or any Oil. You can get severely burned from the hot oil and can cause a really bad fire. Several years ago it was raining out on Thanksgiving Day and my friend brought the Turkey Fryer into his garage. While sitting watching TV all the power went out in the house. He went to the garage to check the main electrical box and when he opened the door the entire garage was on fire. Luckly the Fire Dept was right down the road. Lost everything in the garage and that part of the house.
