Being new to the reloading stuff(haven't started yet),i would like to get the right stuff first off with no second guessing.The question i have is what's the best powder(s)to use for the .308 pushing 180gr.hunting bullets preferrebly the Hornady IB'S.If barrel is 24"long with 1 in 12 twist,any info would be great.

Ah, our favorite "target", a fresh meat newbie!
We all love to tout our favorite brands and loads to anyone who will listen, or even stand still a minute or so! You will get plenty but, sadly, my choice is .30-06 so I can't get into this one.
