First time out with the 338 EDGE

Well I recently had a custom EDGE built For me By ATRS and due to work and waiting on DHL and Whole sale sports for supplies its been sitting in the safe burning a hole in my mind . So this weekend everything came together and I got to take it out for the first time . After I got it sighted in at 100 I took it out and did a drop chart out to 500 now I know this is only short range for this rifle but thats all time allowed . And all I have to say is this thing is AWSOME . Now the next time out im hopeing to really get out there maybe 1000+ . This is all new to me this is my first long range rifle and I must say im hooked

One of Ricks at ATRS and I have to say I wont own another rifle with out one im only a small fella 150lbs and I can shoot away with this rifle has less kick then my old ruger 308

I plan to hunt barren ground caribou and moose with the odd white tail deer in Nova Scotia and maybe even a Black Bear or two

caribou and whitetail?? Don't come back here and say you shot one from any closer than 1k.

Black bear...you can get a little closer if you want.

Well thats my plan see 99% of the caribou I shoot are shot on frozen lakes on avrage shoot about 20 a year and yes it is legal throught a transfer so im hopeing to make 1k my min
